User-Generated Content
Users may submit: Hospital reviews, Housing reviews, City guides, Community posts, Roommate/friend connections. By submitting content, you confirm:
- Your content is truthful and based on your real experience
- You have the legal right to share the content
- Your content does not violate privacy rights
- Your content is not defamatory, misleading, or fraudulent
You grant TravelNurseHQ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use submitted content.
Prohibited Content
Users may not post: False reviews, Harassment or threats, Hate speech, Private health information, Confidential employer information, Illegal content, Spam or scams.
Account Termination
We may remove content or terminate accounts for violations.
Limitation of Liability
TravelNurseHQ is provided "as is." We are not responsible for: Housing disputes, Employment disputes, Roommate conflicts, User interactions, Financial losses.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time.
